Need PHP/MySQL Developer

Hey guys, I need a php/mysql developer ASAP to code the backend for a client. I'm looking for someone who already has a CMS that they've built and can just modify it to save costs... as well as any other components.

This is a website for Athletes to have profiles that Coaches can view. So there are 2 control panels, Site Admin and Coaches. Site admin can edit web pages, add/delete/edit profiles, and assign logins for Coaches. Athletes will be categorized in the database by Sport, Province, gender, etc. Coaches can search through profiles, add to favorites...

Also some sort of very simple shopping cart system must be implemented with paypal.

These are really rough guidelines, but you get the idea.
