PHP Mail: Mail not receiving

Hi,

I've just tried a php form mailer that got from Kirupa.com
This is the url of the file

It shows that mail has been sent. But I can't find any new mails in my mailbox. What is the reason for this? Is it the problem of server configuration? :a:
