Flash/php/mysql needed to make flash template dynamic

This is a major rush job. Need to hire someone to who can take a simple TemplateMonster flash template and make it a dynamic flash site with a php/mysql backend. CMS needed as well.

This is my first post here but have been coming here for years learning....
