Old Portfolio Site

Hello,

I'm redesigning my portfolio very soon. It'd extremely benefit the development process if anyone could take a look at my old portfolio site and tell me the flaws with it. So that the new design could do away with them.

I'm not crazy about that light blue colour on websites, for some reason it reminds me of a 90s web look, wich is ugly. Also the fact that you have two headers is not good. So change the colours a bit and get rid of the second header.

the design is real dated. I would say trot over to cssbeauty.com or one of the other css inspiration site and see whats going on these days with flash and css. Mainly I'd say the problem is updating the look.

Yeah I agree it's getting kinda old and dull... So I'll be totally re-designing it. :) I'm planning to do it all in Flash now that I've got more experience with it and could have the animations encompass the whole area. So I've been scouring thefwa.com etc.
I really need to be bolder with colours so I'll keep that in mind about the blue (I use too much blue to be honest)!
Thanks for the CSS link, I really need to get to grips with CSS layouts.

Any further comments are greatly appreciated.
