hey kirupans,
i just was crazy gluing a wheel of my chair that had broken and i glued my pinky to the "a" key on the keyboard. please help, what gets crazy glue off? omg. i cant leave the house cuz im naked, and i cant get dressed with a **** keyboard hanging off my hand. omg, im laughing, but im about to cry if i cant get this off...
please help!!!

ok.. this is silly.

A) a butter knife may be used to pry the key off of it's mount. Do this carefuly so as not to break the key in any way. It should not take much pressure at all.

at least you should be able to dress and drive.

B) any hobby shops will carry a super glue remover. Give them a call and ask first though. Sears might have it too. Not really sure.

C) thank you for fulfilling all our geekie kirupian fantasies. :)

Acetone will disolve glue, it is in most nail polish removers. I would do as Lunar suggested pop the key off the keyboard and dip your finger in the stuff, give it a few seconds and then gently work it free of your finger. =0)

good news everyone!! i got it off. :) i just used turpenoid, which is like turpentine, but safe, and soaked it for a while. hehe. my A key looks like it's seen better days, but at least its not stuck to me anymore. hahah. i feel like such a dork.
oh ~ and lunar~ that was pretty close to the way it happened...lol.. i just said a few words that i really shouldn't post here, as well as some more in italian.
