whois.org - tryhosting.com

here, try this one: www.lrehosting.com

REALLY REALLY cheap, really good hosting, really good offers, but only professional tools (no webpage publishing stuff)

dns servers don't necessarily name the hosting company. they are only that: a name.

t3h t3rminator - you wouldn't say that if you hosted where redGolgi hosts ;)

I use 1and1 so far they have been the best of all hosts I have tried. The price versus the service and goodies makes it a great fit. check em out here (http://www.1and1.com/?k_id=6742321)

The control panel is awesome and the admin of domains cant be beat. Also you can register domains for 4.99 through them. Beats 14.99 at other places.

@bombing: I built the stats php for personal use, and since I use IE it requires it. It just draws a jpg with the stats

@kalliban: I promise to make it easier, in a few weeks :)

It's one of the greatest footers ever seen though, no doubt about that ;)
Keep it up dude :D

ah, it only works in ie because ie isn't a valid http browser, according to the w3c the browser has to use the extension given to it, it's not allowed to guess first, oh well... lol

I can't watch this thread be revived without shamlessly (ok, a tad bit shamefully) plugging myself and my webhosting. So my reccomendation for a good host is: http://hosting.redgolgi.com. Wee. Not only will you get slammin service, but all your friends will think you're cool to be hosted by redGolgi :bad:

;)
