FLV Status Message - Firefox

Is there anyway to stop flash from showing the streaming url in firfox. When I add SWF file with FLV streaming, it shows the location of where the FLV is streaming from on the bottom left. Anyway to remove it, or replace is with just text. This is happening across all platforms and browsers.

Well, you can change what's in the browser status bar with javascript, but many people disable this. You would probably also need to continuously update the bar so that flash wouldn't just over-write your message.

It wouldn't have anything to do with the SWF file being located on one server, and the FLV resting on another. Two seperate domain Names
