Not bad, decent design work. Only thing i see that bugs me is when you click the button it reloads the page, with the new html file on the bottom. Instead what you could do is use frames to split the page into 2, then link the button in flash to the frame and load the html that way. It will make the design look cleaner on a slower connection. Other then that n1.

There seems to be a little too much going on the the header for my tastes. Between the h2o molecule and the pure aquarium its all just a little too random and bouncy.
Also, when mousing between the link buttons quickly, the text in the information panel gets muddled because the mouse off event takes a little too long.

I would second the points already mentioned, especially about the page reloading thing.
The text at the top left is...interesting

yeah but aren't frames really hard to index by search engines. that's one of the main reasons i don't use them anymore.

I kinda like it!!
The adds kill it all though! :(
try an add free host I think I saw the link to one that seems good
here it is:
BY RAGIN REBEL
The best free site for developers is by far http://f2o.org.....They offer PHP, ASP, ColdFusion and Perl....They even throw in a MySQL database....All this and no adds...!!!!.....So if you're interested in learning a new craft that's the place to be....!!!....BTW, f2o stands for Freedom to Operate...

Your navigation doesn't really connect with the main section of your pages. It looks distant both in terms of physical distance and appeal.
