I have a letter typed up in Microsoft Word and would like to copy it into a Photoshop document. But when I copy and paste the text it doesn't appear on the new document, but the first few words do show up in that layer's title (over on the side), just not on the actual document.
What do I have to do in order to paste the text successfully?
Thank you!!!

Create a textbox by dragging the Text tool, then paste once you have the cursor in there…

Actually, if you paste it without the textfield it'll work as well... just be aware of your font color :P

I've had trouble with that before… maybe it's different between CS and CS2?

Thanks nokrev, didn't realize I had to drag the textfield.
hl, I did try it without the textfield but it wouldn't work and I did double-check the color.
blazes, sorry I offended you with my stupid question.

You don't have to use a textbox, but you do have to have the cursor flashing in PS when you paste the text.
