Need some flash template designers!!!

Im making a new website called signaturetemplates.com. I baught it from my friend but before I open it I need some poeple to make some flash templates and or intros.
REQUIRMENTS
Exspirience with flash/template making.

Hours
You work when you want wenever you want.

Payment
You get paid 80% of the profits from your item, so if it costs 100$ you get 80$.

You get paid 80% of the profits from your item, so if it costs 100$ you get 80$.i'm not saying this to be a prick, just thought it should be noted for business reasons. profits come after any selling and administrative expenses. so if you sell a template for $100, the credit card company might charge you $2 in transaction costs. that means the profit is $98. then you might have a few more administrative expenses related to that transaction, for ease of math let's say $8. so the profit would be $90, not $100.

so you have to be clear in your distinction between sales (cost to the consumer) and profits (cost to the consumer - costs to the seller). based on your $100*80%=>$80 example, i assume you're talking about 80% of sales (aka revenue) and not profit.

Um... nope 100 is 100$, I DONT EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS,only paypal or giftcard!!!! but to get the money that you have earned you have to have a paypal account, I have no other way to get the money to you.

Um... nope 100 is 100$, I DONT EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS,only paypal or giftcard!!!!whatever, i'm not going to waste any more time explaing a business concept to someone who doesn't want to listen. i was just offering my qualified advice to anyone interested in learning more about the business side of things. btw, with paypal, you will still have transaction fees just like you will with credit cards.

we might make a good partnership if you market and sell these things... just an idea.

There are very few flash e-com templates out there that allow developers to design and such. This one happens to be fully powered by flash remoting, including the full admin interface and takes about 30 minutes to install and have working with paypal or authorize.net.

Level4design I like that idea but that is alittle too steep for me. After I sell a few templates I might update.
