QUICK CASH!! - PHP feedback form spanning over 3 pages submit to email address

Hello, im working as a web designer for a company that requires a 3 page feedback form (session or hidden fields either/or) preferably written in PHP. Heres the brief..

US:
- need 3 pages of fields/dropdowns

roughly 23 input fields/boxes (name, marital status etc..) - 'submit' carries data over to next page,
roughly 6 input fields/boxes - as above
roughly 23 input fields/boxes - 'submit' sends data to - On the third page: when the user hits 'submit' button it'll need to send all the data collected over the 3 pages to 1 email address, possibly two - optional at this stage.
- Each page must individually validate after the user hits 'submit' - therefore creating an area/list above the input fields, in red writing, highlighting where it finds an user data error, so they can correct.
- We can provide the relevent input fields, per page, in HTML format
- No styling is required, we'll add that in afterwards since it'll need intergrating into standard HTML/CSS pages ;)
