Hm... I don't like it that much... the text is difficult to read, it's too small, too simple, too weird. Rethink the 'fantasy' art (lines and circle) on the splash page, it's not matching the background that well.

Try to bring more structure in your pages. Use a layout, not just a white rectangle with some text in it. Also, avoid light blue and black. Those are tricky colours to combine... sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.

If you want to use flash, try to make it more animated. There is nothing going on your website and i just don't see why you had to build it in flash. Also, try to put a border around the whole website and center it. It's not too bad but it needs much more work.
