Outlook. Oh em jee.

I need to backup every single email/folder in my inbox. Without archiving them and necessarily deleting the originals. Anyone able to help?

From what I gather I can just copy the .pst file fmom the outlook program folder... is this correct?

You could do that, but I prefer exporting the PST file from the File | Import/Export menu instead. In the past (I use IMAP with Outlook now), I received permission errors when trying to import a PST file I copied and pasted from the Outlook store folders. On the other hand, importing a PST file that Exported worked well.

I've recieved errors when trying to *export* rather, which isn't too good :P. Might have to copy the actual mail file, and hope for the best...
