Digital Media History ( Need Help Please)

Hello.

I've gotta do an assignment where I have to find 25 advancments in the Digital media industry between 2000 -2005 such as Storage, Display, hardware, programs, equipment, services, theories.

I have to then research/pridict 25 changes that'll occur between 2006 - 2011.

so I was wanting to know if anyone could recommend any websites and books with such information? Idealy I'm looking for a Digital Media timeline with the historic changes with the field.

If anyone could help me out I would be very appreciative.

Try searching on google for ces and the years you mentioned you should get enough info about all the new technology released or previewed those years.
