comments/crits welcome - this is the concept so far - aim to amke it into some nice standards compliant XHTML/CSS - yea its gonna be fun doing that design with divs :) and its gonna be flexible :) gradients, dropshadows and all :tb:
the top content area is kinda a little unfinished - not sure exactly how to treat those images....and the text, but anyway its getting there =)

Not bad, I like it. Nothing right now I have which is objactable. And as header is unfinished I will wait for the final output to give comments on that.

That looks pretty nice - I like it. My only suggestion would be to decrease the font or overall size of that menu at the top.

heading ' Products' is not visible, use bold font with an icon(something like >>) . Use an icon to show that its a heading. Also at the bottom, try to arrange the 'more' in same line in all 3 boxes.
nice work :)

thanks guys for comments so far.
@Rengirl - yea i might decrease the size it is too big i agree.
@designer007 - if u mean the heading on the left for the products submenu - i actually wanted it to be not a heading, but a subtle indicator of what the current items in the subnav referred to. i might make it more headinglike tho, that is an option. as for the 'more' being lined up, that will be unlikely as some products may have a lot more information than others, as that section will be flexible.
