Anyone Think They Can Do This?

I found this website, Bludomain.com. They offer Flash based photography websites that allow users to log in through a control panel and bulk upload as many images as they want to a particular gallery, change the text and colors of the templates pages, and even add their company logo. The best example is interface 25.

I know a ton of photographers that would be interested in these types of templates if we offered them at a reasonable price. If you think you could help me develop this please e-mail me so we can discuss price.

You are correct, it is not my idea. I have a huge market for a product such as this and I am looking for a potential business partner that can handle the design/technical aspect. I am also a Photoshop expert.
