Why Flash? I think you should scrap it and make a nice looking CSS version. :-/

Yep... Nothing good enough to be in flash, everything should be in CSS/XHTML and please no scrollers

I already had the back-end flash stuff from the other website (content/buttons/animation)... the only thing new is the background.

Flash should really only be used when you're taking advantage of what it offers. It has its disadvantages, SEO and such, but you're not using any of the advantages.

Typography needs work but i liked the way the pictures zoomed out like that.
But those pictures could be cut out a little better.
