it happened to me before with attachments.php
Pixelist nope it happend to me on windows XP Sp2

What's in it? The PHP file will have been executed… it probably contains the html source for that page.

well, i would say the server if it didn't parse and process the php into html. unless the server is passing a funny content type or something.

^ 95, 98 and ME have the same title bar... It does look ugly though. WindowBlinds or a MS Style

If this issue isn't consistently reproducible, I don't know how to fix it. Random display quirks are more difficult to fix after all :P

I get it in all browsers from time to time.
