Free Vector Images...?

Does anyone know of a site where you can go and get free vector images? I am looking for things like wheels or signs or pretty much anything. It would save soooo much time with these presentations I am doing...

OK I know it’s not FREE but it’s so cheap that it should be.

You pay about $5 or $7 and you can download as much stuff as you want for a week.
