Hello all,

I just finished my first flash site and after posting it on some other art related forums, I have come to discover that I really didn't know what I was doing in the flash / web end of things!

The art is finished (minus some navigation and resolution changes, yet to be uploaded) I guess what I'd like to know is how I can streamline my site, utilize flash a bit more, and just make it run better all around!

I have heard that I should inject some XML into the site as well !

Thanks in advance!

The look of the site, and the work being displayed is great, but the site's structure is what needs improved upon. Check with some tutorials here at Kirupa to steer you in the right direction ... (don't load a new flash movie into the html document ... everytime for each piece of art ... keep the border stationed as the main movie and load movies into it...)

thanks for the feedback!

Yep, I am currently aware of the navigaion and UI issues, these have been addressed and fixed, but just not on the uploaded site.

I was hoping to get some help / feedback on streamlining the flash "programming" so i could make all the changes all at once.

basicly, (minus the improved navigaion) this is how I'd like my site to run, a glorified slideshow, So, What is the best way to do this within flash?

thanks Hope i made better sence that time!

Spad, Thank you for the comments!, Im hoping to improve the flash work to balance out with the visual side of things!

Please send suggestions and commments that you think would help!

I'm on a 1024 screen resolution and once the first image loads, I can't click anything to view any more!
