The whole thing is terribly compressed, and it makes it look rather amateurish in my opinion. Get rid of that artifacting and it will be significantly better. :-/

Font needs to be set to AA for readablity. Looks okay transitions should do something else like wake in or something. Graphics and design looks better.

THe flash version is pretty cool, needs some improvement though, however the HTML version is pretty hard on the eyes and sharp

I guess I don't follow what you mean by it looking terribly compressed. Can you please explain? Also, what do you mean by "artifacting"?

I like the overall feel to it.
However, I don't like the look of the navigation, especially on the flash site (the menu slider doesn't do much for me). Maybe do something with that.

The transitions could be something different than just a white box sliding in.

Other than that, it looks great! Keep it up!

Umm.. a very tiny detail. But things like that annoys me:worried:
hehe, here is a pic of what I mean;)

It looks like the image with the border is to large to fit in, so some of the border is just cut off..
you see? It could be that it's supposed to look like that, but I still think it looks weird:P I checked out your HTML version, and I can see that the one on the top is fixed.. but the one on the bottom is looking better in the HTML version than in the flash version.
And I also think the boarder image has bad quality.
But other than that, looking good:) I love the 3d background, thats cool:thumb:

Artifacting is when an image is poorly compressed, and you can see pixelation all over the place.

dizzy, you're right, I probably should just redo the stamp border in vector and clean it up. I'll proably do that later tonight. Thanks for the compliments!

I do see that on the borders, but I don't see it on the photos and such. Maybe I need to lower my resolution to see it better. I'll look into that though, thanks for clarifying.

The pictures in the photo section are fine. It's the front page and the borders that look awful.

I updated the site with the new borders and home page images. I redid the stamp border in vector and then made sure that the drop shadow didn't exceed the image border. Let me know what you think.

Thanks Again!
