Problem downloading 3dsmax:/

I signed up for the 3dsmax download, and received a download link by mail.
But here you see, is the problem:
When I click on that link the site I get to is an error site. And it says:



If you are using personal firewall software, you may need to temporarily disable the firewall and then re-enable it after the download.
You may need to temporarily disable any download manager or download accelerator software in order to access the software download.
Left-click on the downloads normally, rather than using any of the right-click options in your browser.
Make sure you are using a standard internet browser.
If the link that was emailed to you worked before and it does not work now, please fill out the download form on the Autodesk website and follow the instructions.I am going crazy... I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE FFS!

I tried to turn off my firewall, but no luck
I didn't quite know what the 2nd one was, but I shut down all download software like limewire and stuff.
I tried to use both IE and Firefox but still no luck.

Please help me out here.. what could be wrong?!


EDIT: If you know of a different place to download 3dsmax I downloaded from autodesk.com that would also be nice:)

It might be possible due to the reason that something interrepted redirection to setup files (Just a wild guess, could be anything). Is there any antivirus running?

Yes I had norton running...
I didn't try to close that when I tried:P lol
