ok well that's not really a logo... logo's need to be clear, eyecatching, preferably solid colors only.
the reflection effect doesn't work - seems forced, and doesn't serve any particular purpose.

If you're interested in doing more logo stuff, i definitely recommend a vector program such as illustrator. I also suggest that you look on sites like logopond.com to see what other successful logos do. They tend to have a distinct look and are very carefullly constructed.

and i don't think you can use html in your posts :P you have to use the inbuilt editor <b> or i could be wrong </b>.

Frankly pal, that sucks for a logo. Use a vector program not PS for logos!!
