What font :)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to find a nice suitable free font for a serious company and/or university ...
Any suggestions?

I don't know what font to use ... on first sight i like "ragnar" ... do you think this type of font is suitable? If yes, is there any similar free font?

Looking over at Linotype.com their top 5 seems to be:

1. Frutiger
2. Neue Helvetica
3. Optima
4. Futura
5. Helvetica

Any of those would definitely be 'en vogue'. I'd add Myriad Pro and possibly even Trajan to the possibilities.

Ban comic sans... Ever though about the the easiest font there is starting with A and ending in L?! Arial !

Basically, we have no idea since we can't see a logo or anything… :)
Nor do I :h: ... the logo is still in conception phase and my computer is at the service :*( ... so all I can do at this moment is to find a good font for the text ...

I apologise for bothering you with this stupid question ... but thanks for the suggestions ... I'll try all of them and see which fits the most ...

As soon as i finish the 1st version of the logo i'll upload it ... so it should be easier to decide, whether the font fits or not ...
