Is there a way of testing PHP files locally, if so could you please post the software and a link to how to install/use or explain yourself, Thanks in advance :D

Yes, just run Apache on your own computer, and install Apache on it… there are lots of prepackaged things, such as XAMPP.

Download wamp.. it's setup in 5 minutes and very simple to use! I didn't even have to read the guide it was so straight forward! =)
Comes with everything you'll need to test PHP including mySQL

WAMP includes Apache (it's the ‘A’, but comes with other stuff, too). It's for people who aren't 1337 enough to install Apache and etc themselves. :P
I assume it's really easy, though… I've never used it.

Is there anything wrong with being lazy?

No, that's why they make WAMP. Personally, I like installing everything by itself, though. :)

Yeah but just finding the seperate files on the intenet would make it too long for me who has to get it done in the next 1 hour.

If you're on a Mac, MAMP is pretty good. But you're not...but in case you ever were....
