Rollover Images & dynamic content - in emails

Can anyone help me out. I want to make an email with rollover images in? is the best way to make images in the email, or build a web page and link the email to it?

Either way I’m not sure how to do either, can anyone offer any suggestion?

you have to build a webpage that you want to be displayed in the email, usually no wider than 400-500 pixels (many things like hotmail limit it). build it like a normal webpage and save it in your site directory on the server.

then use a service like campaignmonitor.com and it takes a mailing list you supply and sends an email with your page.
