image follow mouse

I want an image (a head) (look at footer) to follow the mouse as i goes over the squares so its like its looking at the squares how does me do this

well you would have to make a movieclip in which the head is looking at the different blocks, and then when you rollover the blocks tell the head to gotoAndStop() at the certain frame...
