CD / band site

Hi all please C&C this design for a local SA band we are marketing.. Thanks for all the help on the CD cover a while ago - looks amazing printed!

I still need to add the CD packshot to the right of the 'listen to trax' button

Looks good. Are you part of the music project or just the designer?

Yeah that's alright, the 3 images around the content, music player and the image are kinda low quality, i'd try and crispen it up a bit.

Perhaps you could use images for the nav rather than just text, I find it usually looks better :hr:

Also the scrollbar is nasty, dosen't fit at all. Custom ones look nicer :)

Butters - yeah youre right need to clean up the res on the images, This is done in Joomla, so I need to work within font and layout cnstraints, also I need to use CSS scrollbars (dont work in FF BTW).

you are definately generating the right feel for the band - good job!

I dont like the scrolllbar either, if it blended in with the rest of the design it would be sweet

is it just me or the image does look a bit low res, slightly blurred too

just gonna agree with everyone else....images and the scrollbar and to be honest I'm not sure I like the background

however I do think it generates the right feel for the band so well done :beam:
