I have a wacom graphire3 tablet. I can draw pretty well on paper but with the tablet I am having major problems (not as intuitive and feedback isnt there, etc).
What's the best way to draw on the computer? Do you draw by hand on paper and then scan results in? Do you just put pictures in straight up? Do you draw in Flash, Illustrator, etc?
Any good sites/exercises to get me good at the tablet?
I really want to start looking into creating Flash animations and I think the tablet could make it all the more easier.

Practice, practice, practice... It's just a matter of getting used to it... The hand-eye coordination :P
But yeah, a plastic pen on a plastic surface is never going to feel the same as pen/pencil on paper... But you *can* get really really good at it. Just keep using it ;)

I also bought a wacom tablet, the first two days was just child drawings, and then i got the hang of it... Like ya3 said, like it is with eeeeeeverything, practice is the key.
The most difficult part is looking up instead of down, but you'll get used to it.
If you're in really big trouble, you could put a piece of paper between the pen and the tablet to get some friction.
Remember to use the brush rather than pencil in Photoshop, and use the settings for the tablet so that the pen pressure and ink flow is like you want it to be.
If you can draw, this is going to be easy

there's also a thread really recently about this. search the forums and you'll get a few tips.
