CSS spacing, columns in FF, disappearing blocks in IE [renamed]

CSS problems? Nothing more to explain... I have two major things that need to be fixed and I can't figure out the issue...

1) In IE, if you view the page the right hand upper box is totally blanked out? And the spacing for the picture top is all weird? What's with that???

2) In FF, everything is all dandy except for the spacing of the 3rd main content column... It seems to got itself marginilized downwards and now I can't figure out why it's doing that....

you should try to float the picture DIV left and the Bio div right and clear the rest below
