Here is a site I have been working on and what your comments! On question is that I've tried different background colors like blue, green, orange, and this one is gray. I tried the other colors to see if they work and they go with the color scheme that matches the logo....
Anyways let me know what you think and also know that only one page with the porfolio menu and that is under "campus planning and design"
Thanks

The intro is way too long, and the 'skip intro' button is fairly hard to see. I missed it the first time. Everything is a bit slow and choppy - what FPS are you running at? You might want to optimize it for 31 FPS. I find the text a little difficult to read on the background, and the scrolling text next to the body copy is distracting.
The slow and choppy nature of the whole thing is really killing it. :puzzle:

Yes the background color is very boring.. just white would do better than the gray I guess.
The intro section was very slow and long. You may want to speed that up a noch or remove/modify parts of it;)
And when you click on "home" you see that intro all over again, its better if you just went right home:P
EDIT: Damn you got there before me Anogar! But is there a skip intro button? lol:lol:

slow, I'd speed the whole thing up by a considerable amount
think the first pic of the leaves and the box thing needs to be faster
hard to see the skip intro button and I would question whether this site even needs an intro
I agree about the background, did you consider a gradient background perhaps?
The rollover on the nav could be a bit smoother & slicker
In certain sections you've got text moving behind the images, this is a bad idea, I'd remove it
Also think the font just needs to be a bit bigger on the whole site (not the nav though)
getting there, this is a good start...a few small tweaks and everything should be fine

Yeah, I didn't even notice the skip button the first time through.

Yeah, I am not too satisified with the intro either. I'm glad others feels the same way before I change it. I'm running 12fps and I noticed the chopping animation. I've always thought that increasing the fps will make the file size really big. I'm a pro at Flash more like a newbie so I don't really know what would be best.....
Any comment other then the intro and fps?

Holy hell, never run at 12 FPS for a webpage. Make it 31 FPS, that should do the trick.

:thumb2: alright, I'll do that......
Any comments on the project page that is completed?
Any yeah I have played with different background and nothing seems to work well except for a light blue. However, in the scheme of everything it is JUST TOO BRIGHT. I don't want to burn eyes out......well I'll let you decide

And the file size has nothing to do with the FPS, by the way. :thumb:
