Looks great, very crisp and professional. Only thing that sort of grates is the navigation. I'd place it horizontally between the logo and your little pic. Navigation gives you a chance to make some neat little rollovers... if that's what you wanted to do.

Got a nice corporate feel to it :)

To be honest, I've just started using Photoshop heavy duty since October last year.
