Flash Embed/Detection Script

Does anyone have a tutorial or example of how to combine the Flash Embed issue (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/flash_fix.htm) with Flash's detection script?

I would like to have script that can detect if the user has flash or not but at the same time fix the IE embed issue.

Yea that was the first of it's kind, I used to use that one all the time. The UFO is an expansion off of that one, and a little more versitile IMO.
