I like that it's white and the general layout, but the elements don't quite match.
Specially the text under your name need to be redone.
Your frames and borders are a little pixelated too, that should be fixed. I think also you should rethink the buttons (that aren't buttons) under the menuelements, and the border that holds it together.

Tighten a few bolts, and i think it will be ok.
Ah, and there are some typos, like Large Veiw and Enfeild.

And while i'm at it being picky: You don't save much time or money by not using punctuation in your post.

The colors are rather ugly, and there is a lot of artifacting going on in the 'logo'. I find the text to be rather blurry - make sure that you're using integers in the sizing. It's a rather weak attempt. :puzzle: Sorry. The whole thing lacks much in the way of good design, it feels very slapped together.

Its not bad, I dig the minimalist design however IMO a sans serif
font would probably work better with this style, and you might
want to cut back on some colours. You have flash navigation
when you probably shouldn't, it does nothing that you can't do
with html.

Well it gets the job done. For someone who works in game design you'd think they would have cooler website. Don't be afraid to play around with color. It's ok to be exciting and profesional at the same time ;)

Well, I know you didn't ask for an actual site crit but, I'ma say this one thing anyway: it shouldn't be in flash. :P

As far as the actual pieces in the portfolio, not too bad. Once the color is added it'll probably look pretty hott! :)

I have to agree with Denise. I really see no reason for this to be in Flash - you haven't added a single thing that makes it worth it. :puzzle:
