Where to start?
a) The background detracts from it
b) You meant for full browser flash? - I have to scroll SIDEWAYS
c) The menu doesn't work unless you move the mouse 100px above it
It's a good idea but it needs some major work
(Firefox 1.5.0.4, Win XP Home SP2, Flash 8)

It is ok but the picture above the links is the same but it flickers when you click a link. try a tween with fade
Edit: The serviced menu is a bit un calobrated you mouse has to be literly 1 link above for it to be active

too big, make it FBF (full browser flash. google it) or make the content box smaller. Chrome = tacky, not the best way to go unless the company is making chrome badges or something.

See that's the problem I told them that it was too big, but I have this Idiot telling me what to do :a:
Regarding the full screen that's a good idea!!! :mu:

Oh, Anardo, that just didn't turn out well.
1. The intro is way too long. I want to look at the damned thing, not watch the navigation system slide around.
2. The resolution on the background isn't good enough to stretch it that far (you made it too big) but the background is bad in the first place, I'd ditch it.
3. You have a lot of artifacting and such going on due to poor image quality - notably the "Total Solutions Marketing" logo. You're also squashing that image of the hand holding the world, and it looks rather poor.
4. The transitions aren't that smooth. If you click on another section in the middle of a transition, it freaks out and jumps to the end, eases back, then comes up from the beginning. Same with the buttons - they're a little jumpy.
This page really didn't turn out well. Sorry. :puzzle: I completely sympathize with having a difficult client. However, in my experience, half of the battle of being a good designer is not in actually designing good things, it is articulating why precisely your design makes sense, and not letting your collaborators or clients mangle them.
Additionally, you don't ever want to call your client an idiot and say that working with them sucks on a public forum where you're using your business name... you're just asking for it.

I don't quite like the background image and how it goes with that menu image.
The one on top with the mechanical look.
you need more white, and less lines. The background for the text goes well with the page bacground so no real work their, but the menu needs a big change. It just looks strange...
the buttons need a nice, lighter gradient, to call up the colors of the letters.
No more half one color, half another thing. Gradient or flat.
The image of the foot looks out of proportion and out of place. The image above that just looks strange...
If you loose all the black, everything... And try to make it lighter, then it might work.

I agree with Anogar that the logo needs work - It looks very blurry. For something as important as a logo, the image quality needs to be decent.
I also agree that the intro is too much - My eyes follow the movement of the links and logo without really noticing the actual content.

:( I so agree with what you guys are saying, and I will redesign the entire site, and tell the client to piss off, untill the staff is well done.

Hi Anardo. Agree with the guys above, but if youre redewsigning:
I would steer away from White text if possible
Choose a simpler BG image, with less texture - remember youre selling the content not the rest of the imagery.
Generally less use / better use of graphics of higher qwuality in your logo area.
Better image image in general for the sub logo image area check out http://sxc.hu for free imagery.
Maybe some attention to highlighting the headers, titles and type in general?
Hope you yhave fun on the redesign. Im sure everyone her can help make it awesome!

Hi Guys,
I agree with all of you!!
Pixi you are right, do not use white text (it's a pain!).
The whole site is big (i particularly prefer small text and images but not too small)
The logo is a bit blared.
And you are more than right Anardo ... marketing companies shuck!!!
Keep Flashing!!

if your art director is telling you to do that then he shouldn't even be touching their print.

With all that movement in the begining, I think it would have been better with some sound. If you don't decide to drop the movements. (wich I think is better)
