flash animation (probably with some 3D)

Hi all,

I'm currently designing content for a corporate tv - i really dont know whats the real name in english, but its a lcd tv that shows news and ads, usually placed in shops and travel agencies.

The layout is almost done and will be animated in flash.

Now, i dont have any ideia how to explain this.. sometimes when a tv show ends and before the ads begin some kind of "separator" appears - usually with the channel logo.

thats what i need.. an animation to use as "separator"

the background is something like this:

the ideia is to animate the lines, then the logo appears and that curve in the right bottom will animate around the logo (more 3d like).

i want something very clean and very dynamic and.. it can be more than 100k (that's a must). maybe with some kind of light effect too.. i'm counting on you creativity here.

i'll provide most of elements in vectors but the right bottom curve will need to be redesigned depending of the animation.

im ok with actionscript but not so good with this kind of animations, because of 3d effect.

also, i'm looking forward to hearing another design suggestions cause i'm not crazy about the current design. I can send you the logo by request (dont want to post it here).

I'm definitely interested liquify, the clips you're referring to are called "bumpers" (or 'tags', or 'ids').
