One of my best friends works at a library. She hates it. I dont know why, seems like a relaxing gig to me.

haha dippy i worked there, didnt do anything else. anywasy the library card is for the whole county. the buggers cant take the timeless classics away from me. actually, the dude might have reconsidered had i not said "but you cant fire me, i have kids to feed" and then some talk about how i feed them with books. it was a volatile mix.

oh my god, i loved working at the library!! i loved shelving books, although it would take me forever cause i'd end up standing there and reading some of them. it was great! but i'd love to work at barnes and noble sometime, just for the hell of it, i love that place.

I worked at a library for like 4 months. I was on a contract with the town as a web developer for non profit orginizations - which means I was paid 8 bucks an hour to build free websites. I have to say that it was the most boring, mundane job ever.

Because I was stationed in the Library I was also supposed to take care of the computer center questions and such and I have to tell you - I had no idea that people between the ages of 15 and 28 were so dumb when it comes to computers. Some nights I wanted to shoot myself. Needless to say I dont work there anymore and I thank god every day for that ;)
