What I need is a 3-column definition navigation setup.

This is for a local linguistics club (non-profit) who would like to start building a dictionary of obscure and interesting words in the english language. The content will be added slowly, so you can use whatever placeholders you need to for now.

Column 1:
Letters A-Z
User can click on any letter of the alphabet to display the words starting with that letter in Column 2.

Column 2:
Words
These are the words which start with the selected letter for Column 1.
Users can then click on a word for the definition in Column 3.

Column 3:
Definitions
This is the definition of the word selected from Column 2.

The content of the columns will be user-submitted, so there will need to be a submission form with "word" and "definition" fields.

There will also need to be a search option.

Send me an email if you are interested. I am not sure how much work this will require so I am not sure what to offer for the price. Perhaps something similar is already out there and can just be tweaked to fit my needs? I look forward to hearing from anyone who can get this done.

You can also look for me on MSN: oparitu@hotmail.com or AIM: oparitucom

Thanks!
O.

p.s. the MSN address is not my email address. if you would like to send an email please send it to: oparitu AT gmail DOT com

Looks like I have found someone for the job. There doesn't need to be any Flash involved and it has been recommended to use MySQL instead of XML. Thanks for all of the advice and recommendations. I will let you all know how the project turns out.

Thanks,
O.
