Lock Down An Image

hey i need to find a way to keep a pic (around the same size as the movies canvas) in the frame all the time so if you move then that image will move in teh same direction...

i think i know what you mean....
you want the image to be the background...?
ok leave the image where it is put everything else in the middle and finally put your character/menus/whatever on top.
now move all the objects and leave the image and character where they are.
this makes it LOOK like your moving where as evrything else is moving which actually looks the same.
