Hey, all!
I've been going to this site for a few years now, and it's a little different than it used to be, but it's still cool. The site itself isn't necessarily that interesting, but the experiment's that he's done are awesome! This guy is a flash genious in my eyes!

Hey, thanks for the comments!
The experiments are usually pretty pointless programs that I use to keep myself occupied, however the 'Dynamic Lighting Engine' (http://files.343gs.com/flash/dynamic_light_v1_5.zip) will be used in one of my big projects (Running for nearly 4 years) called 'Halo: Flash Edition'. Media on this project can be found at the following links if you are interested.. :)

PS... The 'Cybacat' URL is for a company I work for, and are usually client-based.

There's some pretty neat experiments on that page, I really like helix, though :D
What's so impressive about the Dynamic Light? All He's done is use beginGradientFill() and pointed the MovieClip it's drawn in towards the centre of the page. Then he's added an Outer Glow to the Object MovieClip in the middle and used some simple trigonometry to calculate where the light hits the ground and started another beginGradientFill from that point.
Edit: Those trees in Halo are neet :)
