i know it is a bit dodgey for me to ask you the tricks of the trade... but if you dont mind... could you please bless us all with a quick overview of how you went about making that ripple effect? (what apps, 2D, 3D, video footage, all vector gradients??? etc.)

i collected the pics from somewhere else.Wat makes u think that they made dis before me or anyone else.I saw that on their site later on, I took the source from another site,it's an avi file wich we both used and i made that in 1999 n used it, dunno bout them!

nah m not annoyed or something, it happens all the time, it's just tht i m not famous as those guys r and it gets to me when we took the source from one place and somehow they are called orignal and as for me,they say i have seen that somewhere :( guess that's why i m learning web promotion.I have a Flashmenu battle comin up,otherwise i wud have made another one.I m gona do it after the contest anyway.So tht ll clear ur doubts if u have any ;)

Man it's really nice, i like that character and sply eyes are lovely, how bout choosing a diff background color, for me and generally too gray is considered to b dull n lifeless.Try few more variations i think it will look good wid darker shade, mix of orange and yellow.wat do u think?

just been browsing, ur water ripple one would look really mad if the letters kinda warped as well.. i.e the ones on the edges got closers together as the ones in the middle got more space around them.. really gentle though :)

Just an idea, it kept catching my eyes and since my vision was kinda doing it anyways, i figured it might look good as an effect :s:

heh np, actually noxious urs might look funky if the letters did something when the head moved, maybe got bigger then elastic snapped back like the head?

Hey flasherjaz,
Cool footer(s) :) You can add sound as long as you follow all the current footer rules. Also, the sound should not play unless a user mouses over or clicks anywhere in your footer (kinda like mlkdesign's) footer.
