Copy work from Fireworks to Flash w/out blur

What is the best way to copy the work I've done in Fireworks over to Flash. When I try copy and paste, the images usually show up a little blurry. Please help. Thanks.

export the image you're working on in fireworks as a .gif, then import it into flash by pressing ctrl+r or File > Import...
