Lets have a competition to see who can design the coolest new
Surf Brand logo

Example:
- Rip Curl
- Billabong
- Mossimo

Rules:

- Due 31st June 2006
- Voting System to determine winner
- Any member can vote once and can not vote on own work
- Any program is allowed to create the logo please state the program/s
used to create the logo

The only probelm I see with such bettle started by some new member is, unclear motives. I dont mean to target any particular. But it always sound doubtful in such cases.

I will work on the logos if I get time though.

Hey nengli02 just make it sound like you are doing a bettle only. (though after those rule I think now it looks more like a bettle now). And make it easier with more specification? Surf brand logo means it should mean word surf only? Or there is any imaginary copmany behind it that sells specific product/service?

I'll join... on one condition. That a mod becomes involved just in the off chance that our new friend doesn't space and forget all about it. No offense pal but it happens.

The rules need a slight clarification... do we pick the company we want out of the list? Or are they examples to create our own company?

I suggest it be a fictional company with a severely homosexual name plastered all over the picture. So if he does steal it he won't be able to use it... Unless it's a homoerotic surf brand...

Hey hey chill down... It's just you know when you initially had posted, like design a logo for something. That was the only thing that you had posted. So it sounded odd. Otherwise you see at other bettles and you will know how they started with official rules and some more detailed info. That was the only reason people might be doubting. As I said never targeted you in this, but sounds odd with less info on the first bettle post.

But after putting rules I think now it looks more official bettle. So just be nice and urge other people to participate. Dont just be like I dont care and walk out.

Sweet JESU! That is the friggin best. I would've liked to have seen a someone say "Righteous!" Like a crab or seagull or something. Maybe even a Shell on the ground... But too friggin' awesome none the less.
