Make Love Not War pt. 2 (simp style)

Using the slogan "Make Love Not War" anyway... as soon as I saw that slogan (even though it's and oldie... but goodie) I had this nice funny little vision of how I'd do it pop inot my head... and here she is :D :lol:

I did it during my lunch break in Illustrator... only using 2 colors I think it came out real well :hugegrin:

I'm not tryin to rain on his parade by any means... just had to get it out though.

where did you get that tipography?
Yea Illustrator and Photoshop are my babies :D... as for the typo, not really sure where I get them. I have a huge font library, mainly built off of fonts bought and free. If I see something that I think I maybe able to use in a practical manner I usually buy/download it. But those two fonts are just

Rockwell and DIN Schrift

Yea guys... I didn't want to do a blantant illustration. So if it takes you a second or two that kewl, because once you get it... it's funny IMO. Thanks for the compliments though... i don't get to do many things for the fun of it.

You think the dot is vague or the illustration? It's the opening for the barrell of the cannon. The reason it's so small as opposed to the larger one on the the grey tank is to show the dominance between the grey and blue... the grey being more dominant while the blue is the submissive. I had it just as large as the other one, but I just wasn't feelin it.

I think that's an awesome design with really nice colors, a bold statement to draw peoples attention. Great work. Ok, I've said my congrats, now I'll try to stop annoying this thread with my n00bish posts.
