how do i morph a pic into another pic?

You can't :) You can use fade-in/fade-out though.

you could break the image apart. select the image and press "control b". now click on the frame your picture is on and go to the properties and in the pull-down menu select tween. next go back up to the frames and create a new keyframe 5 frames away from the old one and delete your old picture and put the new one up and then break it apart. hopefully that will work

Morphing is not possible in flash. Most of these special effects are done frame by frame. What you can do is to use a good morphing s/w like Morph Studio or something like that to do the morphing. Then output the morph file as a JPG sequence or QTW. Then, import all these into flash, and tada...
