[FMX] Drop down trouble...?

Although this is my first post I have been reading over many threads for weeks now and I have to say there are some great posters here. Keep up the good work!

Ok to the problem:

This is just one of many examples but his menu is what I'm curious about. How do you move each button in relation to what was selected?

For example: selecting the button "work" pushes down the button "play".
