My first building...

Hello this is my first building its not quite done yet its still a work in progress but its coming along quite nicely I think, but its been troubling me wether or not the shadow should be slanted a bit.

I agree, it does look very nice indeed, but does need some more detailed items, its a great start however :D

Ok thanks all im planing on removing the black outlines on the building it just looks out of place.

Well, see, now that you've removed the black outlines on the building, the windows look all weird. The roof could use a little something, too. I don't know of too many buildings that are shaped like that. Also, some detail in the grass would be nice, especially since there's so much of it. It's coming along, though. :thumb:

I like the simplicity of it, a relief from all the complex ones at kVille now. I thought it looked nicer w/ the black outlines. Keep up the good work mike-db, ur doing a good job for a first times. Definitely much better than some of my friends (completely failed) first attempts.

@Esh I do have some experiance with pixel art not much just some, I used to make winamp skins with MSPaint all the time.

Ok, maybe like good job for a first timer in the field of pixel art buildings. Still like the look with the lines. Might want to add some bushes, shrubberies, planters, AC/Heating unites, handicap parking, etc.

Ok updates are trees fixed windows and doors more sidewalks.

Lookin good, likin the sidewalks. Tree might need a bit of work but still good start with them. Trees are always hard to do.

Add some cars in the lot and have some people on the side walk or have some benches with the trees and it could be a park thing
