Coding help needed for new music site.
Basic requirements of what would be needed are below.

* LAMP Environment (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP)
* 3+ Years experience developing in PHP (PHP5 a plus)
* Strong understanding of OOP and MVC patterns (Rails-like frameworks a
big plus)
* Flash programming experience a big plus
* Strong HTML/CSS/Javscript skills required
* Experience with building mid-to-large size applications
* Ability to work independantly as well as in a small group environment
* Ability to communicate well with team members (Over IM/IRC/Phone)
* Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner
