i've made this for me because i want to have my fonts on paper but a software for this is hard to find. anyway, a site i think is very usefull.

what do you think?

that's pretty awesome. it would be cool if the flash movie resized to the window, so you didn't have to scroll. or if you could change the font size or style.

- i'll think about resizing but for now if you scroll down you'll still have that 2 buttons for scroll. i think the problem is that you can't use mouse wheel, on a Mac it's working :)
- you can change the font size for all fonts at once, or you can change separately for eachone if you edit the size for eachone and press enter.

This is great. It would be even better if you could choose how many fonts to print per page and it even spaced them out. Also, you should be able to print each font at two different sizes: heading size and body copy size, to give a better preview of what they will look like when they're used.

Good job though. As far as I know it's fine to post in SOTW even if you post here first.

i'm thinking on a second layout for printing wich will include more samples, sizes but less fonts on page. maybe i'll implement here how many fonts on page to print. anyway, more than 15 i can't arrange.

This is absolutely awesome! It detected 600 fonts on my computer....

I am going to play around with it a little bit to see how it works with more fonts....

Very nice concept, it's still got a few quirks though (as you mentioned), if I hit the up arrow to the right of the list I can go up past the first page, it also seems to have issues with some fonts. For example, Times New Roman printed out looking like Arial (as did several others). This could be really useful though, definitely keep working on this one. Is there any possibility of getting a download that would work on an offline computer? My main design machine isn't on the internet (fewer distractions).

whell, i'll put this to download in html+swf format but wait to finish it this week. the feature i've said earlier is for later versions. right now i have no time.

571 fonts here. the font's that contai ' in theyr name are ignored. for times new roman i don't know why is printing something else.

if you have more than 48 pages you can't scroll to the 49'th but you ca use the others two buttons to go to next page.

Ummm it says I have 3500 fonts... But I couldn't go further... this computer sucks. The script is too complicated or something and everytime I try to run the thing it says... "There is a script running that slows down your computer... Cancel the script? YES NO" I say NO and it freezes Firefox and displays the same thing after one minute.

usualy for into another for loop cause this error wich i have a lot, or infinite loop but it's not the case here..

You dont have infinite loop I guess, just a long enough loop to make player throw that error.

Between I really love the concept. Amazing. And that cow is holy cute :)

i'm changing the the way i load database now, the stupidities was that i was loaded entire database(with your help now i have 10000 - but it's not for much help if you don't mark that 3 kind of font's - pixel, handwriting, symbol) and i've looped this in flash + another loop for your curently installed ones. now i'll load from database only the font's you have installed. stay in touch for tonight.

that cow seems to be my logo and it's just a font :) . i'll move it in header after i delete the beta. and i'll buy a domain especialy for this application.

hybrid you'll be for much help if you tell me what font it's not seeing. that ones that contains ' are ignored because the font list it's in html format and when he read that ' it's going crazy.

one more problem that i have, with 823 fonts it's crashing on my mac when i try to print. with 573 worked perfectly. i have to anounce the visitor somehow and to give the posibility to print in more than one reprise.

and another very strange problem, FFF Freedom and FFF Star fonts are marked as pixel fonts in database, but only them are not viewed in flash like pixel font. somehow the data about them it's missing. since my php script it's sending corectly in flash showld be the problem, maybe has something with this words(freedom, star). here is the database: http://printfonts.ralcr.com/fonturi.php
