You need to elaborate. You can get a cms sure- but what about design and things as well? :)

For a high profile job you should post a little more information briefing as to what you need :)

I was the one who moved it to Free/Barter, cause in your first post it wasn't clear that it was a paid job.
Plus I agree with darkmotion that you have to give more info if you want this in the high profile section.
